Return & Exchange Policy

At Fedor’me By Blake, each custom fedora is handcrafted with precision, intention, and premium materials. Because every piece is made specifically for you, all custom fedora sales are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, production begins and changes can no longer be made.

Quality Guarantee

If your hat arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production issues:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Once reviewed, we will repair or replace the hat at no cost to you.

Sizing Issues

Because each custom hat is made to your measurements: Sizing concerns are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If a minor adjustment is possible, we may offer a paid resizing or reshaping service. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss options.

Non-Custom Items (If applicable)

Ready-to-ship or non-custom hats may be returned for store credit within 7 days, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to approved repairs or adjustments.
  • If the issue is due to production or shipping damage, we cover all related shipping costs.
